1. 适用范围

本政策适用于 Puzora – Pixel Bead Designer 移动应用、Web 页面及与其直接相关的服务能力，不适用于独立第三方网站、第三方登录平台或第三方支付平台的独立政策页面。

  • 提供图片上传、模板生图、拼豆图转换、作品保存与查看等核心功能。

  • 处理充值、订单校验、豆子发放及异常补偿。

4. 权限与设备访问

为了实现相应功能，本应用可能申请以下系统权限：

  • 照片 / 媒体库：用于选择图片、保存生成结果或读取你主动选择的图片。
  • 相机：用于拍照后导入图片进行处理。
  • 网络访问：用于上传图片、请求生成结果、登录鉴权、订单校验和提交反馈。
  • 本地存储：用于保存缓存、偏好设置和必要业务数据。

你可以在系统设置中管理上述权限。拒绝部分权限可能导致对应功能无法正常使用。

Welcome to Puzora – Pixel Bead Designer (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information and related data when you use image upload, AI generation, pixel-bead conversion, work saving, in-app purchase, sign-in, and feedback features.

  • Payment and order information, including package details, order number, payment status, platform receipt identifiers, and verification results. Full payment card details are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • Device and log information, including device model, OS version, app version, language, network status, error logs, and necessary request records.
  • Feedback information that you voluntarily submit through Help & Feedback.
  • Local storage information used to preserve language settings, sign-in state, cached images, task state, and other preferences on your device.

  • To provide core functions such as image upload, template generation, pixel-bead conversion, and work saving or viewing.
  • To manage sign-in state, account recognition, session verification, and security protection.
  • To process recharges, order verification, virtual bean delivery, and exception handling.
  • To improve the product experience, diagnose issues, prevent abuse, and provide customer support.

4. Permissions and Device Access

To provide relevant features, the App may request access to the following system capabilities:

  • Photos / Media Library, to select images, save generated results, or access images you actively choose.
  • Camera, to capture photos for processing.
  • Network access, to upload images, request generation results, verify sign-in, validate orders, and submit feedback.
  • Local storage, to save cached data, preferences, and required business records.

You may manage these permissions in your device settings. Refusing certain permissions may affect the availability of related features.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share necessary data only to the extent required to provide the service, including with:

  • Third-party sign-in providers for authentication.
  • Apple App Store, Google Play, and similar payment or order-verification platforms for in-app purchases.
  • Cloud storage, content processing, or AI service providers for image-processing requests you actively initiate.
  • Legal, regulatory, or judicial authorities where disclosure is required by applicable law.

6. Data Storage and Protection

  • We store relevant data on systems operated by us or entrusted service providers and apply reasonable safeguards such as access control, authentication, encrypted transmission, and logging.

  • You may stop using and uninstall the App. However, data that must be retained for legal, dispute, financial, compliance, or security reasons may continue to be stored for the required period.

8. Children's Privacy

If you are below the minimum age required by applicable law, please use the App only after your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to this Policy. Guardians who believe a minor has provided information may contact us through Help & Feedback.
