欢迎使用 Puzora – Pixel Bead Designer（拼豆定制，以下简称“本应用”）。本协议是你与本应用服务提供方之间，就下载、安装、 登录、购买及使用本应用和相关服务所订立的协议。请在使用前仔细阅读。

1. 协议接受

当你下载、安装、访问或使用本应用时，即表示你已阅读、理解并同意受本协议及本应用届时公布的相关规则约束。如果你不同意本协议的任何内容，请停止使用本应用。

2. 服务内容

本应用主要提供与拼豆创作相关的功能，包括但不限于：

  • 上传图片并生成拼豆图纸、颜色配方和相关预览结果；
  • 使用模板进行 AI 生图，并继续转为拼豆作品；
  • 保存、查看、缓存和管理你的作品记录；
  • 通过充值获取豆子，用于部分增值功能。

不同平台、版本、地区和网络环境下，部分功能可能存在差异。

3. 账号与登录

  • 你应确保所使用的第三方登录账号来源合法且由你本人控制。
  • 如果第三方账号发生封禁、注销、认证失败、凭证失效或其他异常，可能导致你无法继续登录本应用。
  • 你不得冒用他人身份，不得出借、转让、出售或以其他不当方式提供账号访问权限。

4. 用户内容与行为规范

  • 你应确保上传的图片、素材及后续处理内容具有合法来源，并在必要时已取得授权。
  • 你不得上传、生成、传播违法、侵权、骚扰、歧视、淫秽、暴力或违反公序良俗的内容。
  • 你不得通过脚本、爬虫、逆向工程、恶意攻击、批量滥用等方式干扰本应用正常运行。

5. 知识产权

  • 本应用自身及其界面、代码、算法、文案、图标与相关内容的知识产权归我们或相关权利人所有。
  • 你上传的原始内容，其权利仍归你或原始权利人所有。
  • 你在本应用中获得的生成结果，应在不侵犯第三方权利且符合适用法律和平台规则的前提下使用。

6. 豆子与充值

  • 本应用中的豆子仅可在本应用允许的范围内使用，不具有法定货币属性，不可兑换现金。
  • 充值、支付、退款及争议处理可能同时受 Apple App Store、Google Play 或其他适用平台规则约束。
  • 豆子及相关虚拟权益不得转让、赠与、出售、抵押或在不同账号之间迁移，法律法规另有规定的除外。

7. 服务变更、中断与终止

  • 我们可能基于维护、升级、安全、合规、运营调整或第三方服务变化，对本应用功能、界面、价格或可用性进行更新、变更、中断或终止。
  • 我们会尽合理努力保障服务稳定，但不保证服务持续不中断、无错误或完全满足你的特定需求。
  • 如存在违法违规、欺诈、滥用、风险异常或严重违约情形，我们有权暂停或终止你使用部分或全部服务。

8. 免责声明

  • 图片处理、AI 生图和拼豆图转换结果具有算法特性，可能受到原图质量、参数设置、设备环境、网络状态或第三方服务表现影响。
  • 我们不保证生成结果绝对准确、完整、无瑕疵或符合你的主观预期。
  • 你应自行判断并承担使用上传内容、生成结果及分享行为带来的风险与责任。

9. 账号注销与数据处理

你可以通过本应用内“申请注销账号”功能提交账号删除请求。账号注销完成后，相关作品、记录、未使用豆子及其他虚拟权益通常无法恢复、退还、兑换或补偿，适用法律另有规定的除外。

基于法律法规、财务结算、争议处理、合规或安全风控需要，我们有权在必要期限内继续保留部分记录。

10. 协议更新与联系我们

我们可能根据法律法规、产品调整或运营需要更新本协议。更新后的版本会在应用内或公开页面展示，并标注更新时间。你在更新后继续使用本应用的，视为你已接受更新后的协议。

Welcome to Puzora – Pixel Bead Designer (the "App"). These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and the service provider of the App regarding the download, installation, sign-in, purchase, and use of the App and related services. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any related rules published in the App. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please stop using the App.

2. Services

The App primarily provides pixel-bead creation related features, including but not limited to:

  • Uploading images and generating bead blueprints, color recipes, and related preview results;
  • Using templates for AI image generation and further converting them into bead works;
  • Saving, viewing, caching, and managing your work records;
  • Offering virtual beans through recharge or in-app purchase for certain value-added features.

Some features may vary depending on platform, version, region, or network conditions.

3. Accounts and Sign-In

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the third-party account you use is lawfully obtained and controlled by you.
  • If your third-party account is suspended, deleted, fails authentication, or its credentials expire, you may no longer be able to access the App.
  • You may not impersonate others or lend, transfer, sell, or otherwise improperly provide access to your account.

4. User Content and Conduct

  • You must ensure that uploaded images, materials, and later processed content are lawfully obtained and properly authorized where required.
  • You may not upload, generate, or distribute unlawful, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content.
  • You may not interfere with the normal operation of the App through scripts, crawlers, reverse engineering, malicious attacks, or large-scale abuse.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights in the App itself, including its interface, code, algorithms, text, icons, and related content, belong to us or the relevant rights holders.
  • Rights in the original content you upload remain with you or the original rights holder.
  • You may use generated output only to the extent that such use does not infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable law and platform rules.

6. Virtual Beans and Recharges

  • Virtual beans in the App may only be used within the scope allowed by the App, do not constitute legal tender, and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Recharge, purchase, refund, and dispute handling may also be subject to Apple App Store, Google Play, or other applicable platform rules.
  • Virtual beans and related entitlements may not be transferred, gifted, sold, pledged, or moved between accounts unless required by law.

7. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination

  • We may update, change, suspend, or terminate functions, interface, pricing, or availability of the App for maintenance, upgrades, security, compliance, operational adjustments, or due to changes in third-party services.
  • We make reasonable efforts to maintain service stability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that the App will meet every specific expectation.
  • We may suspend or terminate access to some or all services in cases involving illegality, fraud, abuse, unusual risk, or material breach.

8. Disclaimer

  • Image processing, AI generation, and bead conversion results are algorithmic in nature and may be affected by source image quality, parameter settings, device conditions, network conditions, or third-party services.
  • We do not guarantee that results will be perfectly accurate, complete, error-free, or suitable for your subjective expectations.
  • You are solely responsible for evaluating and assuming the risks arising from your uploaded content, generated output, and any sharing activities.

9. Account Deletion and Data Handling

You may submit an account deletion request through the Request Account Deletion feature in the App. Once deletion is completed, related works, records, unused virtual beans, and other entitlements are generally not recoverable, refundable, redeemable, or compensable unless required by applicable law.

We may retain certain records for the necessary period where required for legal, financial, dispute resolution, compliance, or security purposes.

10. Updates and Contact

We may update these Terms based on legal requirements, product changes, or operational needs. Updated versions will be displayed in the App or on this public page with a revised date. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
